CERTIFICATION BY GLOBAL ELECTION SERVICES

Pursuant to a request of Local 177, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Global Election Services designated Maralin Falik, Chief Executive Officer, to attend the Nominations Meeting of the aforesaid Local on Sunday September 8, 2019 at the Knights of Columbus, 1034 Jeannette Avenue, Union, NJ 07083. The meeting commenced at 9:00 A.M.

GLOBAL ELECTION SERVICES HEREBY CERTIFIES that the Notice of Nominations and Election was timely mailed to members by Local 177.

GLOBAL ELECTION SERVICES FURTHER CERTIFIES that the nominations were conducted in accordance to the rules of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters and the by-laws of Local 177 IBT.

GLOBAL ELECTION SERVICES FURTHER CERTIFIES that inasmuch as only one candidate was nominated for each position, and each candidate accepted their nomination, a mail ballot election is not required, and the candidates listed below were elected by acclamation.

GLOBAL ELECTION SERVICES FURTHER CERTIFIES that all candidates, nominators and seconders were eligible to participate, based upon the TITAN dues records provided to Global Election Services by Local 177 IBT.
